What is Swami Vivekananda Scholarship 2021? Swami Vivekananda Scholarship is a scholarship scheme run by the Government of West Bengal. It is mainly focused on the students belonging to poor households. This will help the poor students in continuing their further studies by providing financial support to the students.
This scholarship scheme is applicable for the students studying in 9th to 12th class, under graduate students and students studying in post graduate courses. One essential condition to take benefit of the scheme is that the student should be a permanent resident of West Bengal.

Scholarship Application and Sanction Procedures
Students can apply for the scholarships online on the Swami Vivekananda Merit Cum Means Scholarship Portal. Students fulfilling educational and financial criteria will be short listed for the scholarship allotment. From these students, students will be selected for the scholarship based on the merit of their previous year examination. Funds will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.
Renewal of Scholarship

This renewal should be done within one month from taking admission in next class by promotion by passing the previous standard in first attempt.
For Degree courses:
